Lewis Environmental offers a Brownfield and Property Divestment Remediation Service Line to our consulting, engineering and land development clientele. Lewis’ team of staff professionals, field supervisors and equipment operators have extensive construction experience in the performance of property divestment and work closely with our remediation partners ensuring alternative approaches for possible cost savings, waste reduction and safety improvements. Lewis is actively involved in site re-use and understands the expedited natural of preparing a site for redevelopment and/or a real estate transaction. Lewis owns and operates a large inventory or construction equipment necessary to perform the specialized tasks associated with property divestment. As a qualified remediation contractor Lewis has extensive knowledge of AST/UST removal procedures, sheeting and slide rail shoring capabilities, treatment system installations, large soil cap construction, impacted soils transportation, beneficial re-use and treatment/disposal technologies.
